　　中新社北京4月26日电 (陈昊星)2024年是中国全功能接入国际互联网30年。30年来，互联网深刻地改变了人们的生产生活方式，推动了社会变革。互联网域名系统国家地方联合工程研究中心主任毛伟近期接受中新社采访时详细讲述了30年间中国互联网发展的五大巨变。

　　一是从0到1的中国互联网。1994年4月20日，在中国工程院院士胡启恒等老一辈互联网开拓者的推动下，中国全功能接入国际互联网，成为国际互联网大家庭中的第77名成员，正式开启互联网时代。

　　“但不为人知的是，在正式接入国际互联网之前，中国互联网的起步面临着四重难题。首先是没有国际支持；第二是没有专门的经费支持；第三是没有政策先例；第四是存在一定的技术障碍。”毛伟说。

　　二是从1000个到2013万个“.CN”域名。域名是上网的第一步，是互联网的核心枢纽和基础设施。毛伟表示，如果关乎国计民生的重要网站都注册在由国外管理的域名下，就会不可避免导致网站的最终通信控制权交于他人之手，无法实现自主发展的目标。

　　“.CN”的域名注册之路由于一开始的注册流程繁琐等原因，注册量增长相当缓慢。在1994年-至1997年的三年间，“.CN”域名只注册了1000个左右。而最新数据显示，截至2023年12月，“.CN”域名数量已经猛增至2013万个。

　　第三是从64K窄带到5G宽带的多次提速。从网络基础技术演进来看，可将中国互联网发展分为四个发展阶段。

　　1994年至1999年的窄带网络阶段，以信息查询和单向交流为特征，主要应用于邮件；2000年至2009年的宽带网络阶段，以互动为特征，实现信息在网络的写入与发布；2010年至2019年的移动宽带网络(3G、4G)阶段，以移动应用为特征，以智能手机为切入点，涌现了一批智能应用服务；2020年至今，互联网以融合新一代信息技术为特点，服务于中国数字信息基础设施建设。

　　毛伟指出，随着智能手机的问世以及3G技术的普及，普通人开始使用手机上网，推动了互联网用户数量的增长。进而使互联网深入到千家万户。

　　第四是从IPv4(互联网协议第四版)到IPv6(互联网协议第六版)的平稳过渡。随着互联网基础服务需求的增长，各种技术加速了IPv4地址的耗尽过程，迁移至IPv6成为紧迫的任务。

　　毛伟介绍，如何让IPv4平滑过渡到IPv6，让普通用户在使用网络时毫无感知，是非常难的互联网课题之一。

　　2003年，中国下一代互联网示范工程(CNGI)正式启动，标志着中国IPv6的发展征程进入新元年。2008年北京奥运会，首次利用IPv6搭建官方网站，成为中国面向全球的一个重要IPv6示范应用；2022年，中国联通将IPv6演进技术首次应用于冬奥会，中国IPv6成果应用向全球展示。

　　第五是从网络大国向网络强国迈进。2008年6月底，中国网民数量、宽带网民数量、国家域名注册量三项指标均跃居全球第一，成为名副其实的网络大国。

　　毛伟认为，中国互联网从网络大国向网络强国迈进，网络基础技术上的突破和贡献是重要支撑。在互联网核心基础技术方面，中国必须达到世界一流水平才能称得上是网络强国。(完)
